I HAVE OWNED THE BASE TRITON T3 SCALE FOR YEARS NOW AND I HAVE NEVER HAD A PROBLEM BESIDES HAVING TO SWITCH BATTERIES AND BATTERY DOOR FALLING OFF. NOW THAT I HAVE THE TRITON T3 ReCHARGEABLE IT AUTOMATICALLY ELIMINATES ANY PROBLEM I MAY HAVE. AFTER ALL THESE YEARS AND VERY HEAVY USE THE SCALE HAS YET TO BE CALIBRATED AND IS STILL ON POINT. I'M LOOKING FORWARD TO BREAKING IN MY NEW ONE. IT CAME WITH A CHARGING CORD. TODAY IS TUESDAY MAY 28TH.
