The scale does not work. the paper face is wonky, the dial sticks, it gives inaccurate weight, the adjustment knob doesn't work properly. If you can get the dial to zero it gives inaccurate weight...I weigh about 140 and this scale says I weigh 65. This is garbage. Then to return it is a hassle. They want the buyer to print a return label, repackage and take it to the post office. Our closest post office is about a half hour away, then there is always a line...so my time is more valuable to me than theirs. They shipped the item via fed ex... they should pay for fed ex to return to my home with a return label and take it back.I gave 1 star for this item cause the system would not allow me to give NONE and there is no negative star rating which their should be.
