This is listed as N scale. But it's slightly undersized. My N scale people are exactly as tall as the doorway, the door should be slightly taller. That said, at this price it's a pretty nice little building. You do need to paint it. The colors are odd, and don't look correct. But it's easy enough to do. Happy with the purchase.
