Been looking for a larger scale for tracking growth rate in goat kids in a few months. Decided to give this product a try based off some of the other reviews. The product showed up early which was nice, but once out of the box found a leveling pad missing. Decided to set it up and see how it functioned. The interface and options are easy to navigate. The scale is close to accurate out of the box (used my scale to see how close it was with 3 leveling pads). I sent off an email to seller about the missing leveling pad. The next morning had an apology email about the over site and they have pad out that day in the mail. It arrived today (4 days later - good turn around for ground shipping). The service was great, the product looks new (no dents, scratches or other issues), the read out is nice (just like the one in my vets office) - the cord between reader and scale has nice length for mounting heights, easy to read screen and simple function with multi options. I have high expectations for use with medium - small livestock and see how the durability stands up to use here on my small hobby farm. I will write a review on how it does in about 4 months, but for now wanted people to know that the company (seller) has great customer service and the product they shipped to me looked brand new for used item.Thanks,Jerry
